The active cooperation of parents with the school is an essential prerequisite for the welfare of the students. They should encourage children to participate in all the activities and school functions.
Parents must attend the open house meeting to get an update on their child’s academic progress and conduct. Parents are not allowed to enter the classroom during teaching hours. Parents can meet the class teachers on Saturdays or during lunch hour (12.25 to 1.00 pm) with prior appointment. Also, parents can communicate with the class teacher through Email.
Phone calls to teacher cannot be made during class hours. You can leave your message at the office and you can call the office for the reply between 2.00 pm and 2.30 pm.
While the management will endeavor to ensure the safety and welfare of your child, it cannot be held responsible for any accident or mishap that may occur to the student in the school premises, or while your child is being transported to and from the school. You may also rest assured that we have a qualified nurse on the premises to extend prompt FIRST AID to your child in the event of an injury.
Any change in address or telephone number must be intimated to the school. For any queries regarding bus fees, school fees etc., kindly contact only the office.
The school gate will be closed at 8.25 a.m. If a child is late, he/she will not be permitted to enter the school.
