Morning Assembly – Yoga for all
Fit India Movement
Day 01
Activity No:1: - On the 1st day of Fitness Week celebration as part of India Movement, students from Grade III & above taking part in the yoga during the assembly.
Yoga is for Everyone, because the strain of modern life can lead to physical pain & illness as we neglect our bodies in the race for material success. The stress of modern life can also lead to mental suffering, but yoga has to integrate the mental and physical plane bringing about a sense of inner and outer balance.
Activity No:2:- Activities on Fitness & Nutrition conducted by Health Education Department
Day 02
On the Second day of Fitness week celebration, students from Grade I & above performed fee- hands exercise during morning assembly, under guidance from Physical Education teachers.
Day 03
Activity No:1: -Fitness assessment for Grade IX Second Term through Khelo India Accessor App
Activity No:2: - Poster Making on Fit Body conducted by Art department.
Day 04
Activity No:1: - Physical Activity can have kids cope with stress. It also promotes healthy growth and development. Better self-esteem stronger bones muscle and joints. Better posture and balance a stronger heart. A healthier weight range social interaction with friends learning new skills having fun. In order to get all these benefits, we encourage our student from Grade I to IX to participate in all the physical activities.
Day 05
On the Fifth day of Fitness week celebration, Physical Education Dept teachers had organized Quiz competition on Sports. Students from Grade V & Above participate in this competition.
Day 06
To celebrate the Unity in Diversity of our Nation and to maintain and strengthen the fabric of traditionally existing emotional bonds between the people of our Country. We made our students to participate some indigenous games of Karnataka & Uttarkhand
